About Us  Operating since 1987, Precision Coating Services (PCS) was founded by Roger and Brian Haymen. Proudly Australian, PCS has since doubled in size and offers a range of services for metal manufacturers and designers. The team at PCS strives to build long-term customer relationships. We are committed to meeting your finishing demands and have the ability to rush orders and meet any special packaging and assembly you need on request. Having recently upgraded our powder coating facility with the latest state of the art conveyorised equipment, PCS has been recognised as complying with relevant Australian standards by Unisearch (the commercial arm of the University of New South Wales). Our conveyorised line starts with an 8 stage Iron phosphate pretreatment system (finishing with a demineralised water rinse) through the 8 metre dry off oven to the application facility, which consists of 6 of the latest Ransberg Gema automatic and 2 manual guns. Cure is completed in our large U shaped cure oven and then your order is carefully packed ready for pickup. Quality and service is our number one priority.
