PRETREATMENT

At PCS we use an eight stage (with de-mineralised rinse to finish) conveyorised, in line iron phosphate pretreatment process. All our products are supplied by Henkel Surface Technologies (Australia).

Our stringent pretreatment process guarantees your surfaces are ready for powder coating and result in a high quality finish.

POWDER COATING

Powder coating is a popular method for covering the majority of metal products. It is a decorative coating that is electrostatically applied to a surface as a finely ground powder then heated at between 180 and 200 degrees Celsius (metal temperature) so that it flows and creates a consistent covering across the entire surface.

The conveyor at PCS accepts product up to 4000mm in length, 800mm wide and 1800mm high.  If you require batch work, we will accept product up to 6000mm long, 1200 wide and 1800 high.

ABRASIVE BLASTING

Abrasive blasting is the process used to clean and/or etch a surface by means of an abrasive directed at high velocity against the product or surface.

PCS can abrasive blast product which is 2000mm high, 3000mm long and up to 1800 wide (Small and large cabinets).
